    • Purchasing a test from a store
    • Polk County Health Department
    • Contacting your doctor's office
      • Some locations offer Direct Access Lab Testing. Contact your doctor's office for pricing. Below are a couple locations within the county that offer this service.
        • St. Croix Regional Medical Center
        • Burnett Medical Center
• Preconceptual (before pregnancy) health education
• Referrals for sexually transmitted diseases
  • To be tested for sexually transmitted diseases please contact your doctor's office, or you may also be tested at Polk County Health Department.
