Gandy Dancer Trail
This 98-mile recreational trail passes through Burnett, Douglas, and Polk Counties in Wisconsin and Pine County in Minnesota. From April 1 through December 1 the trail may be used for hiking, biking, and nature study.

Biking is also done on rural Town roads with low volumes of traffic. While most of our roads are paved, some are gravel. Depending on the bike you use, this might require some advanced planning. For the more adventurous and those using mountain bikes, forest firelanes and logging roads may be of interest.
